Wallspair Alka Seal Primer is under coat for cement and concrete surfaces. It’s remove all losses particles.
Direction For Use:
Paint the perimeter of the room before using a roller.
Load the roller with paint.
Roll with a slightly angled, upwards stroke.
Roll up and down.
Overlap paint strokes.
Reload the roller when it stops spreading paint.
Keep a wet edge.
Allow the paint to dry.
